Your stories, experiences, and emotions are held with deep respect. This policy shares how I care for your personal information and uphold confidentiality within all private sessions and group containers.

1. The Sacred Nature of Confidentiality

Everything shared within our work together — whether in a 1:1 session, a group circle, or a written exchange — is held as sacred and confidential.

I believe that your words, emotions, and insights are tender expressions of your inner world. They are never to be shared, analyzed, or used outside of the space we create together without your clear permission.

Group participants are also invited into this shared ethic of care. When we gather in community, we agree that:

“What is shared in the circle stays in the circle.”

Each person’s story, truth, and process belong to them alone. This shared commitment helps us cultivate trust, authenticity, and safety.

2. Personal Information Collected

To support your experience and create individualized materials such as your Human Design chart, I may collect certain details, including:

• Your name

• Your birth date, time, and location

• Your email address and contact information

• Notes or reflections you voluntarily share during our work together

This information is used solely to personalize your sessions and support your growth journey. It is never sold, rented, or shared with others.

3. Data Protection & Storage

Your information and stories are handled with the same care and reverence I bring to our sessions.

• All personal data is stored in secure, password-protected systems.

• Session notes or reflections are kept private and are only accessible to me.

• Payment and scheduling platforms (such as Stripe, Zoom & Google Calendar) are used only for administrative purposes and follow their own secure privacy standards.

• Live sessions may take place using third-party platforms such as Zoom, and payments may be processed through services such as Stripe. These platforms operate independently and have their own privacy and security practices.

If you ever wish to review, update, or delete your personal information, you are welcome to reach out and I will honor your request.

4. Recording & Replays

Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree and you have given explicit consent.

In some group offerings, replays may be provided for participants. You will always be informed in advance if a session will be recorded, and you may choose to participate in a way that feels comfortable for you — with your camera off or voice muted if you prefer.

5. Personal Agency & Responsibility

Listening to the wisdom of your body is of utmost importance.

This space is not intended to replace or substitute the guidance, diagnosis, or care of a licensed healthcare professional. All offerings are in support of your overall wellbeing and are not medical or therapeutic treatment.

If at any time you feel uncomfortable or sense a need for additional support, you are encouraged to honor your inner wisdom and seek guidance from a trusted medical or mental health professional.

You hold full agency and responsibility for your choices, experiences, and integration within this space.

6. Shared Responsibility in Group Spaces

When we gather in community, we co-create a field of respect and mutual care.

Each participant agrees to:

• Hold the stories and emotions shared by others in confidence

• Avoid sharing or referencing another participant’s experience outside the circle

• Approach all interactions with compassion, curiosity, and non-judgment

• Honor the shared space by refraining from self-promotion during group calls or containers

Participation is warmly encouraged, as your presence and voice contribute to the depth of the space. At the same time, you are invited to use your own discernment — engaging in a way that feels true, supportive, and aligned for you.

Self-promotion is welcomed outside of our shared spaces. This helps protect the integrity, time, and energetic commitments of everyone within the group experience. These shared values help ensure that our collective space remains safe, warm, and grounded in love.

1. The Nature of Our Services

Harmoniously Whole offers wellness-based, heart-centered services, including:

• 1:1 coaching and guidance

• Group containers and circles

• Educational programs, workshops, and courses

• Personalized reflections, tools, or resources

Our offerings are intended to support your personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

Please note: Our services are not medical, mental health, or therapeutic treatment and are not a substitute for professional care. You are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or psychological support whenever needed.

2. Client Responsibility & Participation

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your choices, experiences, and integration of insights

• You will honor your inner wisdom and only engage in ways that feel safe for you

• You agree to communicate openly, honestly, and respectfully

• Results are personal and may vary; no outcomes are guaranteed

Participation in group offerings also includes the shared responsibility to hold space for others with respect, compassion, and confidentiality.

3. Booking, Payment & Pricing

• All pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

• Payment is required at the time of booking, unless a payment plan is offered

• By booking, you authorize Harmoniously Whole to process your payment through our secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

Harmoniously Whole reserves the right to change pricing or services at any time.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

• All sales and bookings are final

• Refunds are not issued for completed sessions, missed sessions, or partially used services

• Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Harmoniously Whole

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session

• Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited without refund

• Harmoniously Whole reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary

This policy ensures that your space and my time are respected, and that each session or group experience maintains integrity for everyone involved.

Harmoniously Whole provides services “as is”, with care and integrity.

• Participation is voluntary

• You are responsible for your well-being and decisions

• Harmoniously Whole is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences of participating
